Terms & ConditionsDetailed instructions are provided on the login page of the web payment portal regarding the procedure to follow in case of a successful or failed transaction. Please follow them carefully.
- Once the "Pay" option is selected, you will be redirected to payment through Net Banking or Debit/Credit Card. Choose your preferred option to proceed.
- On successful payment, a Payment Confirmation Slip will be generated. Please keep this for your records.
- If the payment fails, a failure status message will be shown on the screen.
- If no response is received and card details have not been entered, restart the payment process.
- If you have entered card/banking details but receive no response, please check with your bank or card provider to confirm if your account was debited. If debited, do not attempt to pay again.
- If your account has not been debited, you must complete the payment and obtain a successful confirmation.
- Always note the transaction reference number for Net Banking or card payments.
The personal details you provide will be used solely for processing payments to the institution. Your data will remain secure and will not be shared with any third party or used for any other purpose.
Cancellation / Refund Policy- There is no cancellation option once the payment is made.
- In case of duplicate payment, please contact the Admin, Finance, or Accounts department with proof of the transaction (e.g., reference number or bank statement).

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
The payment gateway will return the amount to the issuing bank (your card provider), which may take an additional 8-15 working days, depending on the bank's policy.
